Policies and Procedures: Parking
The garage is operated by One South Street, LLC. All comments, questions and/or suggestions regarding the
day-to-day operations of the garage may be directed to the main office at 410-347-4000.
HOURS OF OPERATION:
Monday through
Friday 7:00 am - 9:00 pm
Saturday 8:00 am - 9:00 pm
Sunday 11:00 am - 7:00 pm
AFTER-HOURS ENTRY PROCEDURES FOR MONTHLY CARD HOLDERS:
Contact the security desk at 410-347-4033 and tell the lobby attendant that you are a monthly cardholder,
tell them make and model of your vehicle and that you would like to enter the garage. The lobby attendant
will monitor the entrance via closed-circuit television to open and close the overhead door for you.
AFTER-HOURS EXIT PROCEDURES FOR MONTHLY CARD HOLDERS:
Monthly cardholders should exit the garage as per usual. When approaching the street level door, allow your wheels to drive over the black rubber trigger, and wait for the door to open before you, then drive out. The lobby
attendant will monitor the exit via closed-circuit television to close the overhead door for you.
AFTER-HOURS EXIT PROCEDURES FOR TENANT DAILY PARKERS:
All daily parkers must use the ticket they received upon arrival to exit the garage. The pay station is located just before the exit gate, and will accept both cash and credit card payments. Please pay the amount displayed on the machine. The fee for lost tickets is $40.00, and must be paid prior to exit. If you are in need of assistance, please press the Help Call button at the bottom right corner of the machine, and lobby security will be dispatched for assistance. All parking fees are non-refundable. The garage security carries no cash, and cannot assist with payment processing. Once the payment has been made, and the garage arm has raised, exit the garage as per usual. EMERGENCIES IN THE GARAGE:
All emergencies should be reported immediately reported to the Main Lobby Attendant.

Further instructions will then be given to the caller by the lobby attendant, including calling the local police.
CUSTOMER CLAIMS:
In the event that your car is vandalized in the parking garage, you must complete an incident with the on site security staff attendant prior to exiting the facility. A representative from One South Street, LLC will contact you with further instructions on the following business day.
Please keep in mind that you are urged to report any “suspicious” or “questionable” activity to the parking
attendant or to the lobby attendant in the lobby of the building.
LOST / MISPLACED ACCESS CARDS:
Please keep a record of your access card number(s) for reference.
All lost / stolen / misplaced building access cards should be immediately reported to the Property
Management Office 410-347-4000. All Deutsche Bank employees should report lost or stolen access cards
to the Deutsche Bank Facilities Department. If for some reason you do not have your access card and you have to pull a ticket to enter the garage, you will be responsible for payment of that ticket as you will be charged the posted daily rate when you exit. One South Street, LLC does not validate parking tickets for monthly parkers, as of
October 1, 2012.
MONTHLY PARKING PAY
All payments are due on the first business day each month. There is a five (5) business day grace period
before your access will be interrupted. If for any reason the payment will not be made in this time period,
you must contact the One South Street, LLC at 410-347-4000 to avoid the interruption. If your card is
deactivated for nonpayment, you will be charged the posted daily rate as a non-refundable late charge until
your account is paid.
Cancellation of your monthly contract should be done in writing, via facsimile or email, through the One South Street, LLC parking administrator at osstemp@americanrepartners.com, or 410-347-4009 (fax). We request that all cancellations are done with five (5) business days written notice. Please keep in mind that we do not prorate monthly parking for any reason.
e-VALIDATED PARKING:
A Parking e-Validation program is in place, should our tenants want to offer that to their guests. Please contact parking administrator 410-347-4019 or osstemp@americanrepartners.com for details.
